I recently ended a Project Management contract for a Digital Marketing Company which I worked for over a year. Over the past 8 years I also had been with the BPO call center industry. I am a seasoned customer service representative as well as a senior supervisor. I have extensive exposure to the technology industry, telecommunication, and DSL connectivity. Most of my experiences as a CSR(Customer Service Representative) is with DSL connectivity particularly with Verizon DSL. Then I went on to move to Microsoft Office which I have been part of a pioneer team in the Philippines to support Microsoft Office Technical Troubleshooting. This allowed me to be exposed to several areas/programs of the Business which included chat/voice, different platform such as Office for Mac(Macintosh), email support and community moderation. Then I went on to take a leadership role which I held for the past 4 years. I also experienced being a team leader for AT&T wireless customer service voice. It was a tough job to be in, there is a lot of pressure involved but somehow me and my team were able to stay on top for 6 months consecutive for the whole program. I pride myself for being a seasoned coach, data analyst, researcher, reports analyst, CRM expert, and a well rounded leader. I have excellent communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. I have a strong confidence in my abilities to do admin tasks, learn new technology, deal with people and exceed expectations as what I have done working for my company for 8 years.
